Wellness Wednesdays was created as an encouragement to Houghton College employees to promote wellness for the mind, body and spirit. For the fall 2008 we will be meeting in the Lennox Dining Room from 12:15-12:45 p.m. At the end of each semester we have prize drawings for those who attend. Please come and join us!
