- Many of our graduates choose service in the music classroom. We are pleased to be in our 7th year of 95-100% of graduates who seek teaching positions having secured them within six months of graduation. Our graduates teach across the globe, from Western New York throughout the northeast to as far abroad as Nairobi, Kenya. A number also serve as college and university teachers.

Announcing upgraded services for alumni on the Houghton Alumni Webpages!
Beginning immediately, you may post your data, updates, news, etc., on the alumni webpages. Registration is required if you have not already done so. The alumni pages allow you to control what and how much information is released, a benefit some of you have requested of us that is a bit difficult to keep up with. The most important new feature of the alumni pages is the ability to search by major as well as by class year. We hope this will enable both you and us to keep up with one another.
