Transcript Request
When requesting a transcript, include
the following:

name if applicable) |

Dates of attendance/graduation |

Student's signature – The student must
sign the request. |

|
|
Address to which the transcript is to be
sent |

Requesting an official or unofficial copy |

Fee: $5 for alumni/$5 for current
students |

|
Transcripts are generally sent
within 2-3 days upon receipt of the request. Transcripts which are faxed are not considered official. The request may be sent

include "Attention:
Records Office" and a telephone number
where you may be reached.) Or scanned and emailed to: When faxing and emailing, the $5
fee may be mailed and will not hold up your transcript. As transcript requests must include a
signature, we cannot accept requests by phone.

Please direct all questions regarding
the transcript request process to the Academic Records Office (585-567-9350).
Transcripts will not be
released if a student has an unpaid financial obligation to the college. Individuals in this situation
should contact the Student Financial Services Office at 585-567-9326.
