Drop/Add Permission

 

Courses (including independent studies and tutorials) may not be added for credit after the first ten academic days. Courses from which a student withdraws during the third through the tenth weeks will be recorded as "W". Courses discontinued within the last four weeks of the semester are assigned "F". Students are not officially withdrawn from a course until the signed change of schedule form is in the Academic Records Office. The date on which a student officially withdraws is the date given on the notification sent to the instructor from the Academic Records Office.
