Transcript Request

When requesting a transcript, include the following:

bulletStudent's full name (maiden name, former name if applicable)
bulletCurrent address
bulletDates of attendance/graduation
bulletStudent's signature
bulletAddress to which the transcript is to be sent
bulletRequesting an official or unofficial copy
bulletFee:  $5 for alumni/$5 for current students
Transcripts are generally sent within 2-3 days upon receipt of the request.

Transcripts which are faxed are not considered official.

All requests must include a signature, therefore we are unable to accept a request via e-mail or telephone call. The request may be sent US mail :

(The $5 fee may be mailed.  We do not accept credit cards.)

(When faxing your request, include "Attention: Records Office" and a telephone number where you may be reached.)

Please direct all questions regarding the transcript request process to the Academic Records Office (585/567-9350).

Transcripts will not be released if a student has an unpaid financial obligation to the college.  Individuals in this situation should contact the Student Financial Services Office at 585/567-9326.
