Ten ways to improve your health: 

  1. Don't skip breakfast
  2.  
  3. Eat every 3 to 4 hours
  4.  
  5. Always eat carbohydrates with protein
  6.  
  7. Increase your fiber intake
  8.  
  9. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
  10.  
  11. Trim fat from your diet.
  12.  
  13. Make sure you get the vitamins and Minerals you need.
  14.  
  15. Drink at least 8 glasses of water at day.
  16.  
  17. Consume a minimum of sugar, salt, and caffeine.
  18.
