Ten ways to improve your health:

Don't skip breakfast

Eat every 3 to 4 hours

Always eat carbohydrates with protein

Increase your fiber intake
-
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
-
Trim fat from your diet.

Make sure you get the vitamins and Minerals you need.
-
Drink at least 8 glasses of water at day.
-
Consume a minimum of sugar, salt, and caffeine.
-
DO NOT GO ON A FAD DIET.
