Faith Journey Nominations

Nominate someone for a Faith Journey!

The faith journey series are chapels that typically feature speakers from Houghton who have demonstrated spiritual maturity and the ability to publicly articulate their stories. In the past, effective faith journeys have featured those willing to share from their own conversion experiences, spiritual struggles and/or spiritual insights gained along their journeys.

In general the Spiritual Life Committee seeks speakers representing the broad spectrum of orthodox Christian tradition. Typically students will be seniors the academic year of their scheduled chapel (in this case 08-09), although others will be considered if nominated. All members of the Faculty/Staff/Administration are eligible for nomination. Each semester the Spiritual Life Committee will select 3-4 faith journey speakers from the many nominations.

Please email completed forms to Dr. Brittain by February 22nd, or drop them off in his office (located in the Student Life Office).
