WHAT TO BRING when you come to Houghton College Parent Approved List: This list was recently updated with the helpful input of the Houghton College Parent’s Council. These parents have sent sons and daughters to Houghton, so the list is experience tested! It is not intended to cover every need, but merely to be helpful in generating your own checklist of items to bring. Some items may seem obvious, but sometimes those are the ones left behind. Not every item is essential. To avoid unnecessary duplication, we suggest that you be in contact over the summer with your roommate. If you are uncertain of the necessity or advisability of an item, please contact the Office of Student Life at (585) 567-9220.
