Who should I contact for admission information?
Janyce Smithley is the admission counselor for all prospective international and TCK Houghton students. Janyce will be glad to answer any questions you may have about Houghton and to help guide you through the application process. If you have questions or need help with anything please do not hesitate to email Janyce.

Who should I contact with immigration questions?
Janyce Smithley is also the Principle Designated Signing Officer at Houghton and can answer just about any immigration question pertaining to your studies at Houghton.

Who can I talk to for advice on registering for courses?
James Hutter, in the Academic Records Office is glad to help incoming international and TCK students choose and register for fall semester courses. Please email James for help registering. For more information on registration see the Academic Info FAQ's.

Where can I find more information about the ISPO?
You are in the right place. Keep exploring the different ISPO webpages on the navigation menu in the upper-left corner of this page. ISPO stands for Intercultural Student Programs Office and refers to the office that works specifically with international and TCK students at Houghton College.

Who should I contact with questions, advice, concerns, etc. while I am at Houghton?
Brian Webb is your source for information at Houghton. Brian works in the ISPO and loves answering questions, helping, and buying coffee for intercultural students. You are welcome to email Brian or call Ext. 5570 for more information or with any questions you may have.

Where can I get information about upcoming activities, events, or programs for intercultural students?
There are a variety of sources for finding information on upcoming events for international and TCK students. Brian sends out a weekly email highlighting upcoming events for intercultural students - if you are not currently receiving this email, please contact Brian so that he can add you to the list.
