Answering a Call
Using the Handset:
Pick up the handset.

Using the Speakerphone:
Press the Speaker key to answer the call using the speakerphone

Ending a Call:
Simply hang up the handset or press the Speaker key if you were using the speakerphone.

 

Placing a Call
Choose a Method:
First choose whether to use the handset (by lifting the handset), or speakerphone (by pressing the Speaker key).

Dialing an On-campus Extension:
Enter a four digit extension followed by # or Send.

Dialing a Local Number:
Dial the 567 number followed by # or Send.

Dialing a National Number (Long Distance):
Dial the area code and number (without the 9 and 1) followed by # or Send.

Dialing an International Number:
Dial 011 and the number followed by # or Send.
* Make sure you dial 011 and not 11. Dial 9 followed by 11 will call 911.

Emergency Numbers:
Dial 3330 for urgent needs from Safety and Security
Dial 911 for emergencies.
