Call Hold and Resume

Placing a Call on Hold:
During the call, press the key. The call will be placed on hold and this will be indicated on the telephone display.

Retrieving the Call
Press Resume soft key or the Line key to retrieve the call.

When Multiple Calls are on Hold:
If multiple calls are on hold on a single line, use the Arrow keys to switch between the calls then press the Resume soft keys to retrieve the desired call.

If calls are on hold on more than one line, the details of the calls on any line can be viewed by pressing that line key and hold it down for a few seconds. If a line key is pressed briefly, the first call on hold on that line will be retrieved.
 

Call Park

Parking a Call:
During a call, press key.
Dial your assigned park number.
Press the key and hang up.

Retrieving a Parked Call:
From Dial *4 followed by your park number.

Multiple calls can be parked to a single park number. Calls are retrieve in the same order that they were parked.

Conferencing

Creating a Conference Call:
A conference may be created with two other parties using your phone's conference feature. Place a call to the first party.
Press the key (original party will be placed on hold).
Dial the second party.
Press the key when you are ready to merge the calls.

Splitting a Conference:
When a conference has been established, a Split soft key is available. Pressing this key will split the conference into two calls on hold. You can then pickup either call.

Joining Calls into a Conference:
A conference may be created at any time between an active call and a all which is on hold by pressing Join soft key.
 

Do Not Disturb

Activating Do Not Disturb:
Press the key to prevent the phone from ringing on incoming calls. A blinking 'X' will appear next to lines that have Do Not Disturb activated.

Deactivating Do Not Disturb:
Your can turn off Do Not Disturb by pressing the key.
 

Forwarding

Activating Call Forward:
Calls may be Forwarded (diverted) to another extension by doing as follows.
Press the Forward soft key.
Select which line you want to enable forwarding for.
Enter the extension you wish to forward your calls to.
Press the Enable soft key to activate.

Deactivating Call Forward:
To turn of call forwarding:
Press the Forward soft key.
Select which line you want to cancel forwarding for.
Press the Disable soft key.
 

Redial

Redialing Your Last Call:
Press the key.

Redialing From Your Placed Calls List:
Press your Right Arrow key.
Press your Up and Down key to select the number you wish to call.
Press your Dial soft key to place the call.
 

Transferring

Announced Transfer:
During a call, press the key.
Dial the party you wish to transfer.
Announce to whom you are transferring.
Press the key to connect the two parties.

Blind Transfer:
During a call, press the key.
Dial the party to whom you wish to transfer.
Press the key as soon as you hear ringing.

Transferring Directly to Voicemail:
During a call, press the key.
Dial 8 followed by the extension.
Press the key as soon as you hear the greeting.
