Logging onto Voicemail Web Access
From your web browser, navigate to http://vmail.houghton.edu.
Select the Voice Mail hyperlink.
You may be prompted with a window informing you that you are entering a secure website. Click the Yes option to proceed.
Select the  Inbox hyperlink.
You will be prompted to logon. Enter your extension number for your username and your personal identification number for your password (not your Houghton username and password).
Click OK

Your Inbox will appear with list of new and old messages.


You can play a voicemail message by clicking the icon. The message will play through your computer speakers.
The subject of the message can be edited by clicking the icon.
You can delete the message by checking the box next to the message and selecting the Delete button.
You can archive your message by checking the box next to the message, select a folder from dropdown menu, and then click the Move button.
