How to access Psyk.trek

Psyk.trek comes prepacked available to anyone who purchases our course text. An easy-to-follow booklet that accompanies the CD explains how it operates. The modules you are to do are listed in both the mini-syllabus and the web syllabus. There are no formal assignments that need to be completed or submitted in connection with these modules. However, a significant number of exam questions are taken from the material presented in Psyk.trek.

You will note that Psyk.trek closely parallels the chapters of our course text. In that way, the interactive modules will help you to clarify and consolidate your understanding of text material.
 

Infotrac is an online search engine that provides access to full text of articles from hundreds of scholarly and popular journals and magazines. You will receive a web address and a passcode that will enable you to use this software and database for up to four months. A card with your passcode should be prepackaged with your course text. Although students will find Infotrac invaluable for scholarly research beyond this course, our primary use of it in Introduction to Psychology will be in connection with the group project.
