  • Raised mostly in Delaware; lived also in Southeast, Heartland, and West 
  • Parents Gerald & Bettye live in SearcyArkansas
  • Sister Laura & husband Bruce live near Pittsburgh with three daughters and a son
  • Sister Greta & husband Neil live near D.C. with a daughter, a son, and a Golden Retriever
  • Vehicles include a bicycle and an old motorcycle that are collectively worth more than my pickup truck
  • Proud owner of two new (read: used) gas-powered machines since we came to live in the Southern Tier: a riding lawn mower and a snow blower
  • We spend three hours on the road every Sunday to be with a great church on the NW side of Rochester, where I am privileged to be one of the regular worship leaders
